Times almost up

It seems my time at High School is almost up, more like a day away. Then my move to Portland will initiate and I will be far away from this terrible hick town. Things are starting to look up, I will soon start classes learning Culinary Arts. I can't fucking wait.....

Dollhouse

I have to say, Dollhouse is a great new show hitting FOX following The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
The show was created by Josh Whedon and stars Eliza Dushku who plays the very sexy Echo. The plot of the show is about a company called "Dollhouse". It's a secret corporation that earses the memories of humans to implant them with other memories, thus making them have different personalities. Clients can come to Dollhouse and request a "Doll" male or female and have the implanted with any personality they wish. They then get to spend a certain amount of time with the Doll. Examples are a guy wants a woman to spend time with for a weekend. He then pays Dollhouse to give him a girl with a personality that will fall in love with him. When the weekend is over the Doll then returns to Dollhouse for an "Appoitment", which is where they earse the Dolls memory. They are then an empty shell until the next client arrives.

They don't do this forever, they usually voulenteer and sign a contract earsing their memory for X amount of years. After the contract is over they are released back into the real world. At least, that's what I think. Details of that have not been shared much. There have only been two epidoes and it premired on FOX on 2/13/09.

If you don't know who Josh Whedon is, he's the guy who wrote and directed Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

The show is based around Echo who is played by Eliza Dushku. A lot of clients request her and it seems that she is still holding on to some memories. The show so far is amazing, a great sci-fi twist to most FOX shows. I recommend it for anyone looking for a new series to get into.

Palm Pre: May not be coming!?!

So the many of us who watched CES 09 and say the unveiling of the new Palm Pre, got pretty excited. It is a far better improvement from previous Palm devices. A lot of journalists were actually surprised. They thought the mobile device that would win over CES would be the new Nokia n970; which is not due to release until a few more months. The Pre, however, stood out in the crowd.

Well, sources have informed me that the Pre may not even come!

Another thing many of us know is that soon after CES. Apple, got their mutlitouch function of the iphone pattened. For those of you who do not know what that means. It means that any other company that uses multitouch functions on a touchscreen mobile device similiar to that of the iphones will be pursued in legal charges.

Well, the Pre has multitouch BUT the Pre was already scheduled to release before Apple got the patten for their multitouch. This is pretty much a tactic from Apple to knock out the competetion. They know that the Pre is going to be big, bigger then the G1 and possibly gain more sales then the iphone. This is a way to stop that from happening. The case is still being settled and as of this time I know little about the details. I will be investigating it further and update you on any change.

Hopfully Apple decides to drop the charges, because the Pre is going to bo the real game changer in the mobile world.

Meth + Blizzard = Death?

So here I was, sitting in my bed watching television when a commercial comes on. It shows a picture of a cute couple and you hear a voice in the backround. It's a recorded conversation between the guy in the picture and a Police Officer. He states that him and his girlfriend/fiance/whatever are trapped in a blizzard and are unsure on where they are. Text comes onto the screen saying Matthew and Christina were trapped in a blizzard, they were on Meth and disorietned.

Then it goes back to him talking and he's all mumbling and is not making much sense. Text comes across the screen again saying they were found 3 days later dead because of "meth"

Now listen, I understand. Meth is very very bad, disgusting and just plain retarded. People should not do it, but that's not the real point in this. The point is...

They did not die from god damn Meth.

They died because..I don't know..THEY WERE TRAPPED IN A DAMN BLIZZARD. They froze to death god damnit. Even if they were not on Meth they probably would of died. They don't really teach you how to survive a Blizzard in school. If I were stuck in a blizzard, I would probably die too. It's a damn blizzard.

If the couple were high on maijuana would the commerical be about how pot killed them?

No

They are just using this to provide reasons not to do meth

"Don't do meth kids, you could end up in a blizzard and die"

Come on...

If you want to try to not make people do meth. Show pictures of a cracked out old lady who used to be beautiful or list someone that actually died from Meth. Not a fire or a blizzard or a bad re-run on Gunsmoke. Meth.

Meth is bad, yes do not do it.

Also, do not go into Blizzards, that is also bad.

I hope you have all learned a vaulable lesson from this.

Good day.

Burn After Reading

Well, I watched Burn After Reading today. I must say, I enjoyed it a lot. It seems that the Coen brothers have created the idea that since they are such great Directors, they can make a movie that is absouletly pointless and make it golden.

They did just that, the movie has no main plot or incentive. Just a bunch of idiots running around blackmailing and craving over the world of money and perfection.

It was really based around true satire which is a great concept. Satire can be placed in so many places and situations. Perfect example. What you could do with $50.00

Plant X amount of trees to plant in our backyards. Send X amount of food and aid to familes in developing countries.

OR

Buy 25 cups of coffee, buy 3 DVD's, or 1 Video Game.

Ahh Satire, the Coen Brothers capture it perfectly. Not the most amazing movie. But, still good.

I enjoyed it.

15 years ago, I moved here from Mobile, AL. I was raised in this beautiful valley; as many people say, with love, respect, kindess and manners. All of my childhood memories are mainly in the setting of this small town we all call Cave Junction. When we moved here, my mother always spoke about how amazing the town was. Everyone knew everyone, everyone had respect for one another. People greeted eachother at the post office and at the local super market. My friends and I when I was just in Elementry school would meet at the baseball field at Jubelee Park and toss a ball around. I hit my first homerun in that field in 6th grade. That park was a great park. Clean, and filled with wonderful people.

Well...Times has changed.

People do not exchange words at the post office inless to ask for money. So they could buy beer because most of the people living in this town today are homeless drunken bastards. This so called beautiful valley, is not beautiful anymore. It's filled with many individuals in their twenties that never even graduated from High School. From Illinois Valley High School.

You have to be either mentally retarded or just drunk 24/7 to not pass IVHS.

Well I guess that's about 90% of Cave Junction right there. You walk down the street and you see trash, pot holes in roads because our town has no money. And no, it's not the Economy. Our valley never had any money. People let this town go, and so have I. That's why moving is the highlight of my entire teenage years. I'll forget all of my childhood memories of this place and fill them with the memories I will create in Portland and wherever else life takes me.

Although not everyone in Cave Junction is horrible....

Kyle. I love you very much and I'm going to miss you so much. You have been a great friend and a kind brother. I enjoyed living with you for the time I did. It occured to me that everytime we hang out, another adventure starts. Whether it's pissing in my fish tank because Kirk needed to just go. Or golfing off of my roof. Those memories will never leave me. Thank you, for making waking up to this shithole of a town a little better :).

Melissa. We have lived next to eachother for nine years but only became friends about two years ago. In those times we have become close and I appreciate that. You've been a great friend and a good listener. We've had some good times watching weird indie movies together and seeing The Decemberists. Lol, I remember when You, Kurtiss, Kyle and I walked around town trying to figure out which element we all were. I called Wind but Kurtiss was throwing a fit lol. OH! and driving to every video store in town to find Breakfest in Pluto which we couldn't find. Good times.

Sean. You're a very...how can I say. Egotistical son of a bitch. That's what makes you Sean, and without that little thing about you, well you wouldn't be interesting to hang out with. What I'm saying is I love you man, you're hilarious and a blast to hang out with. Times were great and you still need to teach me how to do a black flip.

What I'm saying to all of you is that I'm going to miss you all very, very much. Like I said. I will create a lot of great memories in Portland, but I wish you all could create them with me. The only reason i'll come to Cave Junction or GP ever again is to see you guys. Life won't be the same without you.

Harlan, Brett, Jan, many others. I will miss you all too.

Any others who which I forgot to mention, I'm sorry I'll miss you too! Promise.

I'm glad that Brittany and I get to start our life in the big city together. In a few, long years we will start a family and you can all come see little Bobo's running around!! yay!!.

That's not for like....1048012394803 more years though :)

So stick around.

15 years later, I'm moving away from the once beautiful town to a big, scary city to pursue my dreams of becoming a Chef.

SO ALL OF YOU BETTER FUCKING VISIT ME

Or, I'll be pissed.

You DO NOT want to make Bobo pissed. Or I will spit fire on all of you

Nah, I'll spare you lol.

Anyways, it was fun and I love you all.

9 more days and GOODBYE Cave Junction, HELLO Portland.

Then I could be closer to Amanda, and everyone knows my sister is the best fucking sister in the world.

Brittany, I LOVE YOU :) we have a sofa.

Cordially,

The kid hopfully most of you will remember :)

Questionare?

David: Mr. Bobo, I have a question for you. Well more like a scenario.
Mr. Bobo: Continue
David: Let's say you were in a room and you had two options. First let me start by stating killing yourself, sadly, is not an option.
Mr. Bobo: Understood, killing yourself= negative. Continue.
David: Okay, you're in a room with two doors on the end. In the first door is a very short fat woman. She has scars and burns all over her body. She smells like dogfood and her vagina is that of a fish's vagina. She has three arms and one leg and her friends refer to her as lucky. She has one eye and is covered in human poo.
Mr. Bobo: ....
David: In the next door is a beautiful blonde with amazing breasts and a perfect body BUT she used to be a man three weeks ago. Which one would you fuck?
Mr. Bobo: The Troll...
David: WTF!?
Mr. Bobo: I would rather put my wenis in a vagina that was a vagina at birth and not an inside out wang. I would puke in the process, but I would not be gay. Win.
David: Good answer.
Mr. Bobo: Now David, let me ask you a question.
David: Okay, continue.
Mr. Bobo: Why are you asking me this?
David: Well, it's interesting.
Mr. Bobo: Better question, why did you think of this?
David: I was up one night in my bed thinking about which one I would bone.
Mr. Bobo: Even better question then. WHY ARE YOU LAYING IN YOUR BED AT NIGHT THINKING ABOUT DOING EITHER A TRANNY OR A TROLL
David: "Silence"
Mr. Bobo: Win.
