15 years ago, I moved here from Mobile, AL. I was raised in this beautiful valley; as many people say, with love, respect, kindess and manners. All of my childhood memories are mainly in the setting of this small town we all call Cave Junction. When we moved here, my mother always spoke about how amazing the town was. Everyone knew everyone, everyone had respect for one another. People greeted eachother at the post office and at the local super market. My friends and I when I was just in Elementry school would meet at the baseball field at Jubelee Park and toss a ball around. I hit my first homerun in that field in 6th grade. That park was a great park. Clean, and filled with wonderful people.

Well...Times has changed.

People do not exchange words at the post office inless to ask for money. So they could buy beer because most of the people living in this town today are homeless drunken bastards. This so called beautiful valley, is not beautiful anymore. It's filled with many individuals in their twenties that never even graduated from High School. From Illinois Valley High School.

You have to be either mentally retarded or just drunk 24/7 to not pass IVHS.

Well I guess that's about 90% of Cave Junction right there. You walk down the street and you see trash, pot holes in roads because our town has no money. And no, it's not the Economy. Our valley never had any money. People let this town go, and so have I. That's why moving is the highlight of my entire teenage years. I'll forget all of my childhood memories of this place and fill them with the memories I will create in Portland and wherever else life takes me.

Although not everyone in Cave Junction is horrible....

Kyle. I love you very much and I'm going to miss you so much. You have been a great friend and a kind brother. I enjoyed living with you for the time I did. It occured to me that everytime we hang out, another adventure starts. Whether it's pissing in my fish tank because Kirk needed to just go. Or golfing off of my roof. Those memories will never leave me. Thank you, for making waking up to this shithole of a town a little better :).

Melissa. We have lived next to eachother for nine years but only became friends about two years ago. In those times we have become close and I appreciate that. You've been a great friend and a good listener. We've had some good times watching weird indie movies together and seeing The Decemberists. Lol, I remember when You, Kurtiss, Kyle and I walked around town trying to figure out which element we all were. I called Wind but Kurtiss was throwing a fit lol. OH! and driving to every video store in town to find Breakfest in Pluto which we couldn't find. Good times.

Sean. You're a very...how can I say. Egotistical son of a bitch. That's what makes you Sean, and without that little thing about you, well you wouldn't be interesting to hang out with. What I'm saying is I love you man, you're hilarious and a blast to hang out with. Times were great and you still need to teach me how to do a black flip.

What I'm saying to all of you is that I'm going to miss you all very, very much. Like I said. I will create a lot of great memories in Portland, but I wish you all could create them with me. The only reason i'll come to Cave Junction or GP ever again is to see you guys. Life won't be the same without you.

Harlan, Brett, Jan, many others. I will miss you all too.

Any others who which I forgot to mention, I'm sorry I'll miss you too! Promise.

I'm glad that Brittany and I get to start our life in the big city together. In a few, long years we will start a family and you can all come see little Bobo's running around!! yay!!.

That's not for like....1048012394803 more years though :)

So stick around.

15 years later, I'm moving away from the once beautiful town to a big, scary city to pursue my dreams of becoming a Chef.

SO ALL OF YOU BETTER FUCKING VISIT ME

Or, I'll be pissed.

You DO NOT want to make Bobo pissed. Or I will spit fire on all of you

Nah, I'll spare you lol.

Anyways, it was fun and I love you all.

9 more days and GOODBYE Cave Junction, HELLO Portland.

Then I could be closer to Amanda, and everyone knows my sister is the best fucking sister in the world.

Brittany, I LOVE YOU :) we have a sofa.

Cordially,

The kid hopfully most of you will remember :)
